Broadridge is growing! We are seeking an enthusiastic Document Control Analyst to join our team. This role provides outsourced operational/transactional business process support for clients. It ensures quality service and operational performance within the parameters of both the client needs and contract. Duties typically include support for routine "back office" processes, data entry, order and application processing, document verification, accounting support and preparing mailings. Decision making is tightly controlled and defined at lower job levels while greater latitude is permitted at higher levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.
Responsibilities - Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work
- Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education
- May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
- Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression
- Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
- Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
Functional Knowledge - Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline
- Basic knowledge of related disciplines
Business Expertise - Applies general business knowledge gained through education or prior experience
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
- Formal education or experience providing exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts
- Develops competence through structured and routine work assignments
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $50,000 - $55,000.
