Summary

This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated professional capable of managing concurrent projects through various stages of development and compliance testing.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Define test strategies and develop test plans for GR-63, GR-1089, and GR-3108.

  • Lead problem-solving efforts to meet compliance standards.

  • Partner with development teams to resolve issues identified during testing.

  • Coordinate with NEBS Design Engineers, Corporate Compliance, and external test laboratories to achieve certifications on schedule.

  • Configure systems under test using network or physical simulation equipment, including traffic generators.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

  • CCNA certification with comprehensive knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.

  • Strong program-management and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with LLMs, agentic AI, and RAG.

  • Familiarity with NEBS standards.

  • Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics.

  • Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, chart recorders, thermal chambers, and other electrical test equipment.

  • Lab-automation experience using Python and SCPI.

  • Experience with Ixia IxNetwork.
