Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer who can design and build enterprise applications end to end while also embedding security into every layer of the SDLC. You will work across Java 17, Spring Boot 3.x, Angular 17+, Azure cloud services, Redis, CI/CD pipelines, and Snowflake, and also leading integration of Sumologic, Contrast Security, and vulnerability management workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who is primarily a full stack application developer but also brings strong security engineering instincts and can partner with InfoSec to drive secure-by-design development.
Responsibilities :
Full Stack Application Development
Architect and deliver enterprise-grade features using Java 17, Spring Boot 3.x and Angular 17+.
Design and implement RESTful APIs services.
Own the Redis caching layer including cluster configuration, TTL tuning, and Spring Data Redis integration.
Build and optimize integrations with Snowflake (Streams, Tasks, CDC pipelines, data modeling).
Ensure high performance across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server through schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Implement TDD using JUnit 5, Mockito, Cucumber/BDD, and Angular testing frameworks.
Operate and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI / Azure DevOps) with Dockerized builds and AKS deployments.
Application Security Engineering :
Deploy, configure, and integrate Sumologic for log aggregation, SIEM use cases, and security monitoring.
Integrate and operationalize Contrast Security (IAST/RASP/SCA) across applications.
Embed SAST, DAST, and IAST scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
Drive vulnerability remediation across multiple applications with clear tracking and prioritization.
Build security automation using Python and Java for scanning, log ingestion, and incident workflows.
Develop secure coding standards, threat models, and security runbooks.
Required Skills & Experience :
6–10+ years of professional software development, with strong full stack experience.
Expert-level Java 17, Spring Boot 3.x, and Angular 17+ with NGRX.
Hands-on experience with Sumologic and Contrast Security (or similar IAST/SAST tools).
Strong understanding of microservices, cloud-native architecture, and Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Blob Storage, AKS, Azure AD).
Deep experience with Redis, distributed caching patterns, and cluster management.
Strong SQL and relational database optimization skills.
Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation.
Experience integrating security scanning into GitLab CI/CD.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and propose multiple solutions.
Desired Skills :
Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Understanding of Python 3.x and willing to work.
Advanced Sumologic dashboards, analytics, and Cloud SIEM.
Experience with containerization/orchestration.
Secrets management (Azure Key Vault, CyberArk).
