Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Python, PySpark, and modern cloud data platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing data models, building scalable data pipelines, and working within enterprise data ecosystems. Experience with Smaragd is desirable but not mandatory.

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

Technical & Delivery Expertise

8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
Strong experience in data model development
Expertise in Python and PySpark
Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
Hands-on experience with BigQuery
Experience with Smaragd (desired, not required)

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines
Build and enhance data models to support analytics and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, business analytics, and engineering
Leverage cloud technologies to design and implement distributed data solutions
Ensure high-quality data delivery, performance, and reliability
Contribute to best practices for data engineering, coding standards, and automation
