Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring strong Core Java, coding, database, microservices, and communication skills.

Must-Have Skills

Strong Core Java – Java 8/11/17+, Streams, Collections, Multithreading & Concurrency
Strong Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Batch, Spring Data/Security
Hands-on experience developing REST APIs, Microservices & API versioning
Strong coding/problem-solving skills – must be able to complete coding exercises during the interview
Strong SQL/database skills – writing and optimizing complex queries; Oracle/PostgreSQL
Hands-on React, Angular, TypeScript, or similar frontend technologies
Experience with Azure – AKS, App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.
Experience with Kafka or Azure Event Hubs is a plus
Strong JUnit/Mockito, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes experience preferred

Key Expectations

Must be a hands-on developer and strong individual contributor
Able to design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications end-to-end
Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, cloud, and databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to clearly explain technical concepts and collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders
