PURPOSE: Manages end-to-end delivery of team and Enterprise products from the initial kickoff to coordinating major product launch milestones to maintaining and enhancing program performance over time. Guides client and Plans through key decisions, communicates and coordinates activities internally and across departments. Works on new product feature needs for process and improvements and identifies and articulates internal and external needs to the technology team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 35% Coordinates with internal client and internal teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex programs. Guides internal clients through key decisions and communicates and coordinates activities internally and across network of partners.
20% Manages and updates Product Schedule, Issues/Action Items/Risks, features Checklist, and User Experience.
20% Identifies and articulates new customer needs to the technology team.
10% Manages all aspects of implementation of product management including analysis, requirements, implementation, roll-out, and adoption.
10% Ensures and drives product deliverables to completion per the implementation schedule.
5% Conducts training for customers.

Education Level: Bachelor''s Degree
Education Details: Business Management or related field
Experience: 10 years experience in a product operation roles with 5+ years in a product management.
In Lieu of Education In lieu of a Bachelor''s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
