Summary

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Nexthink Engineer to design, implement, and manage automation and integrations within an enterprise environment. This role focuses on leveraging Nexthink capabilities to improve IT operations, enhance user experience, and solve business challenges through automation and platform integration. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting expertise, experience with ITSM tools, and a passion for building scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain low-code automation using Nexthink Flow Design, implement, and manage integrations between Nexthink and other enterprise platforms Utilize PowerShell for scripting, automation, and advanced development tasks Design and integrate APIs to support system interoperability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Work with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow for workflow automation and service management Implement chatbot solutions using Nexthink and Nexthink Spark Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and stand-ups Support IT service desk operations and improve automation-driven workflows Ensure solutions align with ITIL practices and enterprise standards Required Qualifications Strong experience with Nexthink platform and automation capabilities Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and development Experience with API design, development, and integration Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Understanding of IT service desk operations and ITIL practices Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing chatbot or conversational automation solutions Experience integrating Nexthink with enterprise systems Knowledge of workflow automation and process optimization strategies Experience working in large-scale or global enterprise environments Education: Bachelors Degree
