Location: Oakland, CA (Remote- Nee local to CA)

**Must have working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application.

Required skills:

Looking for a high level architect
HTML, Javascript is a plus
Strong business/technical analytical and organizational skills Basic level of interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as cooperatively in a dynamic team environment.
Strong Relational Database experience for configuration and migration Working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application.
