Key Responsibilities

βœ… Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end JD Edwards (JDE) solutions aligned with business objectives.

βœ… Define and design TO-BE business processes, ensuring scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions.

βœ… Provide architectural leadership and guide project teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

βœ… Design integrations between JDE and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and business continuity.

βœ… Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.

βœ… Oversee data migration activities, including data validation, configuration, cleansing, and end-user training.

βœ… Introduce industry best practices, process automation initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies to maximize business efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

βœ” 10–15 years of Domain/IT experience, including 8–10 years of hands-on JD Edwards (JDE) experience

βœ” Strong functional and solution architecture expertise in:

  • Sales Management
  • Procurement/Purchasing
  • Inventory Management
  • Financial Management

βœ” Experience with JD Edwards Manufacturing modules is highly desirable

βœ” Strong hands-on experience with modern JDE Native Tools, including:

  • Orchestration
  • User Defined Objects (UDOs)
  • E1 Pages
  • Related JDE digital transformation capabilities

βœ” Proven experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions and third-party integrations

βœ” Strong understanding of solution governance, implementation methodologies, and delivery management

βœ” Experience in stakeholder management and organizational change management

βœ” Expertise in data migration, validation, system configuration, and user enablement

βœ” Excellent communication, documentation, negotiation, and presentation skills

βœ” Industry-recognized certifications in JD Edwards, Enterprise Applications, or Solution Architecture preferred
