Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for mission-critical Applications/Solutions. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance leadership to drive predictable delivery, team excellence, and Agile maturity within a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams

• Facilitate and optimize Scrum ceremonies and Agile events

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, driving continuous improvement

• Mentor Scrum Masters and guide teams toward higher Agile maturity

• Remove complex impediments involving dependencies, risk, compliance, and release governance

• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and clear priorities

• Drive release planning, cross-team coordination, and delivery predictability

• Track and communicate executive-level Agile metrics and delivery insights

• Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and audit requirements

• Promote DevSecOps, automation, and high-quality engineering practices

Required Experience & Skills

• 12+ years in Agile delivery, with 10+ years as a Scrum Master

• Strong experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services

• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or scaled Agile frameworks

• Proven experience operating in regulated environments (PCI-DSS, SOC2, SOX, GDPR)

• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

• Solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CSM, PSM II, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master

• Experience with payments, lending, digital banking, or wealth platforms

• Exposure to AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience leading distributed or global teams
