Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Java Web Application Developer to design, build, and support full-stack applications across Java, JavaScript, and Oracle-based systems in a high-availability enterprise environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend, backend, and database layers) .
• Build dynamic and responsive UI using JavaScript and modern frameworks .
• Develop backend services using Java/JSP with Oracle database integration .
• Design and implement web services and system interfaces (APIs, DB links, file transfers).
• Support full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Enhance application usability, performance, and scalability.
• Proactively recommend improvements to UI/UX and system design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong expertise in Java, JSP, JavaScript, and Oracle databases .
• Experience with frameworks such as AngularJS, Backbone, Marionette, or similar .
• Experience building web services and backend integrations .
• Familiarity with responsive design, geolocation features, and role-based access control .
• Experience with Git or SVN version control systems .
• Ability to work across the full SDLC in a high-availability environment .
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive development mindset.
