  • 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

  • 3rd Shift - Thursday - Sunday (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

  • 4th Shift - Thursday - Sunday (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

These are the qualifications that matter.


  • High school diploma or vocational/technical certificate required

  • 5+ years of technician or industrial maintenance experience

  • Experience working with 480V high-voltage equipment required

  • Knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, motors, AC/DC drives, power supplies, and electronics preferred

  • Mechanical aptitude for adjustments, repairs, and component replacement

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexible schedule availability required


Physical Requirements


  • Stand for extended periods

  • Lift up to 50 lbs

  • Bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production equipment issues

  • Perform preventative maintenance to optimize machine performance

  • Escalate unresolved equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime

  • Inspect equipment and products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Install hardware, upgrades, and system updates on machinery

  • Use multimeters and testing tools for electrical troubleshooting

  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

  • Support production goals through teamwork with operations staff

  • Mentor operators on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting

  • Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and all workplace safety standards

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
