Lead Solution Architect

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field OR
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or solution architecture roles.
Proven experience designing complex hardware and software solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions.
Strong knowledge of modern architecture patterns, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Experience in:

Cloud computing environments
Data center operations
Network design
Security best practices

Core Competencies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead technical decisions and influence enterprise architecture direction.

Preferred Qualifications

Expert-level architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, or equivalent).

Experience integrating with Oracle Fusion manufacturing, purchasing, and planning modules.
Experience with Oracle Cloud, Blue Yonder, o9, or Kinaxis planning solutions.
Experience with cloud-based Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
