Title: Lead SAP Developer (RICE/MM/BW/SEM/PI) - (with Active Security Clearance )
Location: – Hybrid - Pennsylvania and Washington, DC.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP Developer to support enterprise SAP initiatives for a federal program. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and hands-on development across SAP modules including MM, BW, SEM, and PI, with a strong focus on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) development.
This role requires collaboration with functional teams, architects, and program stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-quality SAP solutions in a secure government environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of SAP RICE objects including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to SAP development team members.
Develop and maintain ABAP programs, reports, forms, and enhancements.
Design and support interfaces and integrations using SAP PI.
Support SAP BW data modeling, data extraction, and reporting solutions.
Work with SAP MM functional teams to implement procurement and inventory management solutions.
Assist in SEM reporting, planning, and performance management solutions.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of SAP programs.
Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
Ensure compliance with federal security and data governance standards.
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

Hands on SAP development experience
Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development
Hands-on experience with RICEFW objects
Experience working with SAP MM module
Experience with SAP BW data modeling and reporting
Experience developing integrations using SAP PI/PO
Experience supporting SAP SEM solutions
Ability to lead development teams and manage technical deliverables
Experience supporting federal or government SAP programs
Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments
Experience with SAP Fiori or UI5
Familiarity with Agile or DevSecOps methodologies
SAP certifications in ABAP, BW, or Integration technologies
Experience with federal compliance and security frameworks
