Summary

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using BlazeMeter and Apache JMeter.
  • Conduct load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing for web applications and APIs.
  • Create and maintain automated functional and API test scripts using Cypress.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as response time, throughput, error rate, CPU, and memory utilization.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
  • Configure test scenarios, virtual users, ramp-up periods, test duration, and workload models in BlazeMeter.
  • Execute performance tests across different environments and analyze test results.
  • Integrate Cypress automation and performance testing activities into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Prepare performance test plans, test scripts, execution reports, and defect documentation.
  • Validate REST APIs for functionality, reliability, and performance.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, defect triage, and release readiness activities.
  • Monitor application performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
