What You ll Do

  • Champion the acquisition of new retail investment business by engaging with affluent individuals throughout the Greater Boston area.

  • Cultivate deep relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing them with sophisticated investment solutions tailored to their financial objectives.

  • Execute a strategic sales process that converts leads into long-term partnerships, utilizing the extensive support resources provided by the firm.

  • Synthesize complex market data and investment products into compelling narratives that resonate with discerning private investors.

  • Drive consistent asset growth by maintaining a high activity level and capitalizing on the firm''s prestigious market position.

  • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and premium service delivery for every client.


What You Bring

  • Proven Expertise: You possess a minimum of five years (ideally up to 15) of verifiable success in financial sales within a wealth management, private banking, or advisory environment.

  • Market Authority: You demonstrate a masterful understanding of retail investment vehicles and have a history of navigating the needs of the ultra-wealthy.

  • Academic Excellence: A Bachelor s degree from an accredited four-year institution is required; an MBA is highly preferred.

  • Local Presence: You are currently established within the Greater Boston metro region.

  • Sales Prowess: While a pre-existing book of business is not mandatory, an elite hunter mentality and a track record of meeting aggressive sales targets are essential.

  • Professional Integrity: You maintain the highest ethical standards necessary for high-level financial services and do not require visa sponsorship.
