Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable ETL solutions and enterprise data integration platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data warehousing, ETL tools, SQL development, cloud technologies, and performance optimization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, analysts, and development teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support ETL/Data Integration solutions for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and data transformation processes.
• Analyze source systems and business requirements to create efficient ETL mappings and workflows.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
• Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Create and maintain data warehouse solutions, data marts, and dimensional models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, database administrators, and application teams to understand data requirements.
• Implement data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, mapping documents, and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the ETL team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in ETL Development and Data Warehousing.
• Strong expertise in ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Talend, or similar ETL technologies.
• Strong SQL programming and database development experience.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with scheduling and workflow tools like Control-M, Autosys, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell Scripting, or PowerShell.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs and SQL queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Exposure to cloud-based ETL and modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Experience in handling large-scale enterprise data migration projects.
• Certification in ETL, Cloud, or Database technologies is a plus.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
