Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OneStream Consultant to lead and support full lifecycle implementations and optimizations of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OneStream platform, financial consolidation, planning, and reporting, along with strong technical capabilities in .NET, SQL, and business rules development.

This role requires working closely with finance and IT stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives, while ensuring adherence to CPM best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle implementation and optimization of OneStream CPM solutions
Design and develop technical solutions using OneStream Business Rules, .NET, SQL, and VBA
Support financial processes including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Develop and manage data integrations, data conversions, and system interfaces
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Apply and enforce CPM best practices and governance standards
Manage project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management
Support and enhance existing CPM systems including Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion, or similar tools
Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
Strong understanding of financial processes and enterprise performance management systems
Ability to bridge technical and functional business requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with OneStream implementation or optimization
10+ years of overall experience with CPM/EPM tools (OneStream, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, etc.)
Proven experience in financial consolidation, planning, and reporting systems
Experience in data integration, system interfaces, and data migration
Prior experience in project management and delivery ownership
