Title: VP of Human Resources - Talent Management & Organizational Development Reports To: VP of Human Resources & Labor Relations Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid - Requires 50% weekly presence in Dallas)Compensation: Up to $250,000 Base Salary + Executive Benefits Target Start Date: July 1, 2026Position Overview We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-focused VP of HR - Talent Management to lead organizational alignment, learning and development (L&D), and performance management for a fast-growing, Private Equity-backed industrial services organization. As a key strategic partner to the executive team, you will take high-level corporate and M&A strategies and translate them into actionable organizational structures. You will oversee a dedicated team focused on L&D and talent management, driving corporate culture alignment across newly acquired entities. Note: This role focuses strictly on Talent Management, L&D, and Organizational Design. Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) is out of scope. Key Responsibilities Organizational Alignment: Operationalize high-level business and M&A strategies; restructure, align, and optimize teams to execute corporate goals. M&A Integration: Drive post-acquisition human capital integration, rapidly onboarding acquired personnel and aligning them with corporate culture and operational standards. Technical Workforce Development: Design and scale technical talent development pathways to continuously upskill and "level up" specialized field technicians and engineers. Retention & Onboarding Strategy: Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize the critical first 30 days of the employee lifecycle, directly driving initiatives to improve long-term field retention. Executive Development: Implement specialized leadership programs to level up executive capabilities across the enterprise. Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a talent management and L&D team, ensuring alignment with overarching business needs. Required Qualifications Private Equity Experience: Proven track record thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, PE-backed environment. M&A/Integration Expertise: Demonstrated success navigating high-volume acquisitions and pivoting strategies rapidly ("changing on a dime").Industrial/Field Services Background: Experience managing talent frameworks for specialized, highly technical field workforces (e.g., electrical services, heavy utilities, complex engineering fields).Strategic Execution: Highly developed ability to take broad corporate visions and translate them into structured, tactical organizational design. Communication: Exceptional, concise, and structured communication style with strong executive presence.
