Job DetailsYou'll handle substantive labor and employment matters for employer clients, advising on risk, defending claims, and managing matters from assessment through resolution across state and federal venues.
- Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation
- Counsel on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations
- Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and employment-related documents
- Handle or support wage and hour matters, including class action work where applicable
- Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives
Looking for:
- Florida Bar Admission
- 2-15 years of labor and employment experience
Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:
- Employment Litigation
- Employer-Side Counseling
- Labor Law / Traditional Labor
- Wage & Hour / PAGA
- Class Action Defense
- Workplace Compliance & Risk
