Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multifaceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Enable GenAI capabilities for the client's enterprise Development community.
• Identify GenAI tools, evaluate, productionize the tool.
• Explore and integrate AI technologies (Agents, MCP Servers)
• Build and support internal tools and applications
• Implement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies.

Requirements:

• 2 plus years of hands-on Experience with GenAI Development Tools like GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin.
• 1 plus years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus
• 10 plus years of software development and architecture experience
• Strong Java skills are required.
• Strong Python experience is a plus
• TypeScript is a plus.

Pay Range: $70-75
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
