Senior Business Requirements Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to provide advanced analysis and testing support for a federal mission-critical system. This role delivers senior-level expertise across requirements management, quality assurance, and software lifecycle activities.

Clearance: This position supports a federal contract and requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident () status, as well as the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide information technology services in facilities planning, operations, and support.
• Perform storage, server, database, website and web application systems analysis, design, testing, and administration.
• Perform LAN analysis, design, testing, and administration.
• Provide user support planning, operations, and administration.
• Support related IT systems functions as required.

Qualifications and Special Knowledge Requirements

• Master s degree and eleven (11) years of relevant experience, or Bachelor s degree and thirteen (13) years of relevant experience.
• Degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or other IT degree.
• Engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable substitute degrees.

• Experience working in a scrum development environment.
• Experience managing requirements in JIRA.
• Experience in quality assurance and application software testing.
• Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle.
• Ability to produce test plans, test designs, scenarios, test cases, test reports, test metrics, and defect reports.
• Proficiency in integration testing, functional testing, regression testing, Section 508 testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing processes.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server.
• Experience with Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Experience with Selenium, SortSite, SiteImprove, and JMeter tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
