Project Manager - Expert (HBITS-08-14973) – Albany, NY 12204 (3 days onsite per week)

Hi,

We are currently hiring for the Project Manager - Expert role (Job ID: HBITS-08-14973) with one of our clients in Albany, NY. As a prime vendor to New York State, we support their HBITS (Hourly-Based IT Services) requirements.

Position Details:

• Title: Project Manager - Expert
• Duration: 30 Months
• Location: Albany, NY 12204 (3 days onsite per week)
• Interview Mode: Single round, Virtual

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on software in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
• Provide regular status updates to upper management on various projects and keep them abreast of risk, issues and mitigation plans.
• Guide requirements gathering meetings to elicit functional and/or operational requirements to define system functionality and current operations.
• Coordinate and document resolution of requirements and technical design comments and gaps with business and vendor staff.
• Evaluate design, development, testing, and confirm that results are consistent with the system or business processes;
• Analyze and revise flow charts, process models and technical specs describing as-is or to-be IT systems or business processes.
• Utilize effective communication and facilitation skills to engage with business owners, IT program team members, and management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 84 months of experience managing change requests, including reviewing scope, deliverables and constraints and providing post-deployment support.
• 84 months of experience in managing large ($100 million or greater) IT projects where regular interactions with executive-level stakeholders have been required.
• 84 months of experience working on an IT implementation of the Affordable Care Act, which includes automated Eligibility determination and automatic Enrollment into a chosen plan.
• 60 months of daily experience with Rational Team Concert (RTC).
• 60 months of experience managing and maintaining external state and federal interfaces
• 60 months of experience managing, coordinating, and tracking activities related to Open Enrollment with one or more State-Based Marketplace or the Federally Facilitated Marketplace.
• 36 months of experience managing COVID 19-related projects, including eliciting and analyzing the requirements and implementing IT solutions
