MUST be a WI resident. No relocation is allowed. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI). Standard working hours of 7:45am - 4:30 pm Central Time
This is a position needed for the development and support of critical priority applications. Candidates will play an integral role on self-directed work teams in support of high priority development projects. Project work will include: application design and development, integration with 3rd party software, data conversion, new development and modifications to existing code. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, and Agile Scrum development methodology.

- Web and client-server application development including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support
- Utilize the following programming languages, frameworks, and development tools: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, Object Oriented Design, Visual Studio.NET, Jira, GitHub, MVC and MVVM design patterns, MS .NET Frameworks 4 and 6, Oracle PL-SQL

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
1. Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support (6 years)
2. Previous work experience in government, insurance, accounting or case management is required. (3 years)
3. Previous work experience in online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development and batch processing required. (3 years)
4. ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, Object Oriented Design (3-5 years)
5. Visual Studio.NET, Jira, GitHub, MVC and MVVM design patterns (3-6 years)
Nice to Have Skills:
1. Google Cloud experience preferred
2. Microsoft Azure Cloud experience preferred
