UX Designer

Role: UX Designer
Location:Hybrid- Rancho Cucamonga, CA

 
Responsibilities
· Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.
· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
· Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
· Design responsive and adaptive layouts for web and mobile platforms.
· Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility standards in all designs.
· Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately.
· Define information architecture and user flows for complex applications.
· Apply principles of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to UI design.
· Utilize Figma design tokens for scalable and consistent design implementation.
· Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
 
Required Skills
· Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
· Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
· Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows.
· Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design.
· UI design expertise includes typography, color theory, and layout.
· Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs.
· Understanding of ADA compliance and accessibility standards.
· Experience using Figma design tokens for scalable design systems.
