Engineering Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Jacksonville, FL location.

Duties: Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements, define KPI's, and prioritize projects. Design and optimize robust databases and data warehouse for scalability and efficiency. Utilize ETL processes to integrate, clean, and transform data from various sources into the data warehouse. Leverage Python, R, and SQL to perform statistical modelling, predictive analysis, and trend identification. Develop and implement algorithms and workflows to solve complex business challenges. Create interactive and actionable dashboards and reports using Tableau. Present data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact. Identify and implement improvements in data workflows, analytics, and reporting. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative tools to enhance data capabilities. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics and Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation. Employer will accept pre- or post- master's degree experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Utilizing SQL queries, join, writing subqueries, indexing, and optimizing techniques; Working on performance tuning of PL/SQL scripts, queries, and database operations; Conducting ETL processes, data migration, and integration; Performing data warehousing concepts and utilizing ETL tools; Leveraging Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep for data visualization and reporting and working with Oracle databases (versions 11g, 12c, 19c, or newer); Creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business decision-making and analyzing business processes and identifying areas of improvement; and Utilizing scripting languages, including Python for automation, data preprocessing, and integrating Tableau with other tools and database structures, normalization, and relational database concepts. 40 hrs./wk.
