Product/program Manager

1. Product Manager

* Core Objective: Lead the strategy, definition, and end-to-end delivery of complex, client-facing digital banking platforms from a business perspective.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with product owners from initial ideation, definition, and design all the way through go-to-market release to end-users.

* Manage product lifecycles (strategy, roadmaps, budgets) and lead cross-functional teams of up to 20 resources.

* Engage cross-functionally to secure requirements and manage handoffs with internal groups dependent on feature delivery.

* Key Qualifications: 5-7+ years of IT leadership in financial services; deep expertise operating on the business side of digital platforms (Core Banking, Money Movement); strong system integration and stakeholder management skills.

2. Program Manager

* Core Objective: Drive complex Commercial Banking digital projects and own the enterprise dependency management program to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain an enterprise dependency register across upstream/downstream systems, data feeds, vendors, and operational teams.

* Facilitate cross-functional alignment, driving dependency working sessions, timeline synchronization, and critical path tracking.

* Define project scope, manage financial forecasting, and provide transparent status metrics and aldit-ready documentation.

* Key Qualifications: 10+ years of program management with 5+ years in digital banking; proven success managing Agile/Waterfall methodologies; expertise in tracking dependency burn-down and mitigating constraints.
