SAP/Kronos Project manager

We are seeking a senior-level SAP/Kronos Project manager to spearhead the enhancement and integration of workforce management systems for a prominent Public Sector entity in South Carolina.

If you are a certified PMP with deep SAP Public Sector experience and a strong grasp of Kronos Timekeeping, this hybrid leadership role is for you!

• Position Location: Columbia, SC (29210)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 Days Remote / 1 Day Onsite Per Week)
• Residency: Must be a South Carolina resident or willing to relocate prior to starting at your own expense.

Core & Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:

• 10+ Years of experience with SAP Project Management in the Public Sector (State/Local Government).
• 3+ Years of experience with Full-Cycle SAP Public Sector Implementations.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities & Target Skills

As the functional anchor for this initiative, your scope will focus on:

• Kronos System Leadership: Maintain and enhance the Kronos Timekeeping application (functional support, error analysis, and overall system guidance).
• Advanced Scheduling: Lead the implementation of the Kronos Advanced Scheduler to replace legacy roster systems.
• System Integration: Oversee the data integration components between the core SAP environment and the Kronos system, troubleshooting issues and maintaining data integrity.
• Release & Config Management: Manage Kronos Business Structures, Cross-Reference Tables (CRTs), permissions, HyperFind, and system access controls.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop Kronos dashboards, reports, and statistical charts for executive leadership and HR professionals.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with vendor global support teams for defect management and release upgrades.
