Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to support Oracle Cloud SCM implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management modules, experience working with business stakeholders, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain processes.
- Conduct functional workshops, prepare process flows, and document business requirements.
- Configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules based on business needs.
- Support implementation, testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Analyze production issues and provide functional solutions.
- Coordinate with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure Oracle SCM solutions align with business processes and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Functional consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following modules:
- Inventory Management
- Procurement / Purchasing
- Order Management
- Product Management
- Supply Planning
- Manufacturing
- Cost Management
- Experience in Oracle SCM implementation and/or support projects.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
- Experience with functional configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite or hybrid in Utah, as required by the client.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM full-lifecycle implementations.
- Experience integrating SCM with Financials, Procurement, Order Management, or external systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related integrations.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, or other supply chain-intensive industries.
- Oracle Cloud SCM certification is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
