Salary Target: $80K- $110K/YR (Salary is flexible based on the relevant years of professional experience and background related to the position)
Requirements: ship Work Authorization Status; Completed Bachelor’s Degree; 3+ years of relevant professional experience including Test Management, Quality Assurance, UAT, and ServiceNow CMDB
Job Description:
The Quality Assurance (QA)/Test analyst will support the QA/Test Lead with planning the project test strategy (functional, UAT, performance, and security), constructing and executing tests and documenting test cases and results for the Company’s ServiceNow CMDB workflows and integrations. This individual will support the review of legacy data sources, populating Configuration Items (CIs) and validating data quality.
The ideal candidate brings hands on familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, including navigating tables, records, and CI structures to translate workflow requirements into effective test scenarios. They should demonstrate strong analytical and QA leadership capabilities, with the ability to support the design, execute, and documentation of comprehensive functional, integration, and data quality tests. Experience working in fast paced, ambiguous environments, and the initiative to quickly ramp up on platform specifics, is essential to ensure timely, high quality CMDB delivery.
