Role Summary:

Seeking a Software Engineer Tech Lead with 10+ years of experience to design and deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native applications for next-generation benefits platforms. The role involves technical leadership, architecture design, mentoring, and hands-on development using modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design & development of microservices-based solutions

• Build and consume REST APIs & event-driven systems (Kafka)

• Drive TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and Agile best practices

• Collaborate with Product & stakeholders to solve business challenges

• Ensure application performance, security (OWASP), and reliability

• Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong experience in .NET / C# (Python is a plus)

• Docker & Kubernetes

• MS SQL / Postgres / MySQL + NoSQL

• Angular or React

• Git, CI/CD pipelines

• Cloud-native development experience

Nice to Have: Azure, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, GraphQL, Generative AI
