Description of responsibilities:
The main function of a product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
Ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
10+ years experience required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Manager to join our CRM Activations team at Client Electronics America (CLIENT). The team is responsible for delivering data products, strategy and solutions to drive CRM engagement for all businesses at CLIENT. You will be responsible for improving the understanding of CLIENT customers, deploying cohesive segmentation and personalization strategy and driving data strategy operations for all CRM campaigns at CLIENT.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with lines of businesses (LOBs) to understand their data and segmentation requirements for CRM marketing and convert that into weekly, monthly and quarterly plans
Drive a team of analysts to identify and expose new data signals to help drive user understanding
Collaborate with internal product managers and engineering teams to update existing products and solutions to optimize segmentation efforts
Optimize and automate CRM activations data strategy operations
Build optimization tools and frameworks for audience distribution among LOBs for ever changing business needs
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of implemented solutions.
Share data findings and project status with leadership using compelling data story telling
Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve and drive differentiation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, marketing analytics, or a related field. Master's Degree in Business preferred.
8-10 years of strategy focused analytics experience
5+ years of experience in marketing or CRM domain
Proven ability to translate complex analytics projects and solutions into compelling, visual narratives that drive strategic marketing decisions
Expert-level SQL for complex data extraction and transformation
Proficiency in Python or R
Proven ability to build and maintain complex data models and customer schemas
Technical understanding of Rest/JSON APIs
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance protocols like CCPA/GDPR consent logics
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
Experience integrating data layers to execution platforms like Tealium CDP, Adobe Campaign Manager, Attentive etc.
