Business Analyst III – BA / QA / Training

Introduction

This position involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting user requirements, business processes, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. The Business Analyst III will also play a key role in quality assurance of user stories, preparing training materials, and identifying opportunities for process improvement through automation.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, business processes, and problems
Translate requirements into user stories
Perform quality assurance of user stories
Plan and prepare training materials for users
Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation
Assist in reviewing and preparing project management deliverables
Consult on application analysis and troubleshoot system problems

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Years	Required/Preferred	Experience
8	Required	Experience with Agile methodologies, user story creation, working as part of an Agile team, and leading Agile ceremonies
8	Required	Experience using Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar tools
8	Required	Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment
8	Required	Ability to coordinate analysis of program policies and procedures
8	Required	Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvement through automation
8	Required	Experience in providing quality assurance consultation and oversight
8	Required	Reviewing complex project deliverables and providing feedback
8	Required	Developing training curricula and conducting training sessions
8	Preferred	Previous experience working with TDA systems
