Sr IAM Engineer (ISIM/ISVG)

MUST HAVE IBM ISIM/ISVG experience

Integrating applications with ISIM.

• Enabling SSO with OKTA application integrations.
• Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Manage user lifecycle: provisioning, modification, suspension, and de-provisioning of user accounts.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch system components
• Manage/Develop workflows, provisioning policies, and service definitions.
• Design, implement, and maintain identity provisioning, de-provisioning, reconciliation, and lifecycle processes.
• Configure policies, workflows, roles, and access entitlements to align with business requirements and security standards.
• Manage automated user account creation, modifications, and termination across target systems by developing workflows, Assembly lines.
• Build, Install, configure, and troubleshoot connectors/adapters for systems like Active Directory, LDAP, and custom endpoints. Migration of enterprise IAM platform from IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) to Saviynt IGA (EIC) to modernize access governance and lifecycle management
• Configured Access Request System (ARS) with multi-level approvals and risk-based routing
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for issues, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem remediation
• This role is also responsible for code review, Analyze and improve solution efficiency, scalability, and stability, Debug & fix issues/bugs.
• Upgrade firmware & apply security patches to keep the IAM Security suite up to date.
• Use JIRA tool for Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management for deployment and issue tracking.
