Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across products and customer touchpoints. This role will focus on user research, interaction design, accessibility, and usability to ensure seamless and engaging experiences aligned with business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
Design end-to-end user journeys across multiple platforms and touchpoints
Develop interaction models including touch, gesture, and voice-based interfaces
Create clear and logical information architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, translators, and stakeholders
Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles are applied consistently
Perform usability testing and analyze feedback to improve designs
Advocate for user-centered design and best UX practices
Apply systems thinking to solve complex design challenges

ServiceNow & OCM Responsibilities:

Design and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies
Support ServiceNow modules (BCM, ITOM, ITAM, ITSM) UX enhancements
Improve user experience in ServiceNow Employee Center and Service Portal
Create embedded help content, user guides, and documentation
Translate technical updates into user-friendly communications
Lead content strategy for release notes, newsletters, and updates
Monitor adoption metrics using dashboards and reporting tools
Identify workflow gaps and improve process efficiency and data quality
Develop and deliver training materials (guides, videos, live sessions)
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, HCI, or related field
5–8+ years of experience in UX Design or related roles
Strong experience in user research, usability testing, and interaction design
Experience in training, technical documentation, and communication
Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
