Summary
Role : SailPoint Developer
Location: Remote
Job Type: W2 contract
We are looking for a Senior SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and automate Identity Governance (IGA) solutions. You will focus on building custom connectors, automating lifecycle events (JML), and ensuring secure access across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Development: Write and maintain custom BeanShell scripts, workflows, and rules within SailPoint IIQ or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Integration: Build and configure connectors (JDBC, LDAP, REST/SOAP, SCIM) for diverse applications.
Automation: Optimize Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes and automated provisioning.
Governance: Configure Access Certifications, SoD policies, and RBAC models.
Troubleshooting: Resolve complex system bugs and integration failures.
Technical Skills
Core: SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
Coding: Strong Java and BeanShell scripting.
Web: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
Data: SQL, Active Directory/Azure AD, and LDAP.

The SailPoint Business Analyst bridges the gap between business access needs and technical IAM solutions. You will translate stakeholder requirements into functional specifications for SailPoint developers to ensure secure and compliant identity governance.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements: Gather and document business needs for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows.
Role Engineering: Define and optimize RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and SOD policies.
Functional Specs: Create data mapping and workflow logic documents for the development team.
Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and define clear test cases for identity processes.
Compliance: Facilitate access certifications and audit reporting (SOX, HIPAA, etc.).
Technical Skills
Platform: 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Tools: Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and Visio/Lucidchart for process mapping.
Frameworks: Deep understanding of automated provisioning, self-service access, and lifecycle management.
