High-Level Overview
This TPM role will help drive large-scale security and cloud engineering programs across the Technology & Operations Risk organization.
The person will coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts tied to security remediation, vulnerability management, cloud security, and engineering modernization initiatives.
The manager is looking for someone who can operate strategically across engineering, product, and security teams while also understanding enough technical depth to facilitate architecture discussions, remediation programs, and delivery coordination.
The environment appears highly matrixed with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and large-scale security initiatives moving simultaneously.
Must Haves:
Strong Technical Program Management experience
Experience supporting large-scale technical/security initiatives
Experience in cloud or software engineering environments
Strong Agile delivery background:
Scrum
Kanban
Scaled Agile
Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders
Strong risk/dependency management experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments
Technical Knowledge Needed (Hands-On Coding NOT Required)
Candidates should be technical enough to facilitate discussions around:
AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform
Vulnerability management & remediation
Application security
CI/CD & automation
Public cloud security concepts
Engineering delivery lifecycle
This is NOT an engineering role, but candidates cannot be overly functional/non-technical.
Day-to-Day
Coordinate large security/cloud engineering programs
Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks
Facilitate cross-team planning sessions
Track delivery progress across multiple workstreams
Run stakeholder updates and leadership reviews
Ensure teams align to delivery standards and acceptance criteria
Help remove blockers and escalate issues appropriately
Drive coordination between product, engineering, and security teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives across programs
