**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on building robust data pipelines and dynamic systems.
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT development and cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks.
- Strong understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) data, preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and mentor junior team members.
- Proven track record of managing projects independently and efficiently.
