Structural Quality Control Engineer to ensure structural components of the project meet design specifications, structural standards, and quality requirements. You are required to have active inspection during installation and final completion stages.
Key responsibilities:- Inspect structural works including foundations, framing, and load-bearing systems.
- Perform QC surveillance during installation and final structural inspections.
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and codes.
- Prepare quality control reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with construction teams to address structural quality issues.
- Monitor corrective actions for identified deficiencies.
Qualifications to be successful in the role: - Graduate Civil Engineer (Structural Track/Focus) or Construction Manager.
- Must be a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of structural construction experience or 5 years of experience supervising structural construction work.
- Knowledge of structural engineering standards and construction methods.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
