Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Development Lead with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions using Python and modern LLM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Generative AI applications using Python.
Implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Work with vector databases and LLM-based architectures for scalable AI systems.
Develop and manage APIs for AI services and applications.
Apply prompt engineering techniques and evaluate LLM performance.
Design scalable solutions using agentic frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products.

Required Qualifications

Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, including their architecture, limitations, and optimization methods.
Proven experience building Generative AI applications.
Advanced Python programming skills.
Experience implementing RAG pipelines and vector database integrations.
Familiarity with LLM evaluation methodologies and scalability considerations.
Ability to clearly explain previous projects including:

Problem statement
Architecture and design
Implementation challenges
Outcomes and impact
