Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, support application development initiatives, and ensure business objectives are translated into effective technical solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, workflows, and system needs.
• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure end-to-end requirement coverage.
• Conduct requirement review sessions with business users, QA teams, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Work with architecture, engineering, and development teams to validate solution designs.
• Support QA/UAT testing activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential gaps; recommend mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Provide regular project status updates and documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving business process and system-related issues.
• Participate in vendor evaluations, demonstrations, and solution assessments when required.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
• Expertise in BRD, FRD, SRS, RTM, Use Cases, and Process Flow documentation.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and Product teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conducting requirement workshops.
• Familiarity with testing support, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Office Suite, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
