Expertise with enterprise iPaaS/middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, Google Cloud integration technologies, or comparable platforms.

Strong production-support expertise with hands-on troubleshooting of logs, payloads, API responses, integration jobs, connectivity, data issues, performance problems, and complex business-critical integration failures.
Experience designing and implementing monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, retry mechanisms, exception handling, root-cause analysis, permanent fixes, and operational support processes.
Hands-on experience managing integration environments, deployments, connectivity, security, source control, testing, release processes, CI/CD, production cutovers, and post-production stabilization.
Experience leading integration workstreams from requirements gathering and technical design through development/configuration, SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, cutover, and production support.
Strong technical leadership experience guiding onshore/offshore developers, implementation partners, and vendors while remaining hands-on with architecture, development, troubleshooting, code/configuration reviews, and technical decisions.
Experience establishing enterprise standards for API design, security, logging, error handling, data transformation, versioning, testing, deployment, documentation, and integration governance.
Strong vendor-management experience including reviewing technical solutions, challenging estimates, managing SLAs, licenses, upgrades, defects, enhancements, Statements of Work, and reducing dependency on external implementation partners.
Experience coordinating release management, change management, SOX/audit documentation, production readiness, and cross-functional activities with Business Systems, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Information Security, Finance, and business stakeholders.
Preferred experience with financial integrations, enterprise data platforms, master/reference data, high-volume interfaces, and business-critical integrations requiring high reliability and operational resilience.
Experience modernizing fragile point-to-point integrations into scalable, reusable, API-driven, event-driven, and service-oriented architectures within complex multi-entity environments.
Strong knowledge of integration architecture patterns, API management, cloud integration, event-driven architecture, data transformation, security, scalability, performance optimization, observability, and integration lifecycle management.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
Role is approximately 60–70% hands-on technical delivery—including architecture, development, configuration, APIs, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support—and 30–40% technical leadership, prioritization, vendor management, and governance.
Success requires taking ownership of critical integrations, improving reliability and production stability, reducing recurring failures and manual intervention, establishing reusable integration standards/components, maintaining an integration inventory, and delivering a modernization roadmap for high-risk interfaces.
