Title : Business Analyst (UML Experience)(W2)
Location : Dublin OH(Remote)
Duration : 6+ Months
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 5+
Rate : $35-$40/hr on W2
Job Description:
· Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
· Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support planning, feasibility studies, and solution design
· Analyze current business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
· Develop functional specifications, use cases, workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and UML models
· Support QA and UAT activities by defining test scenarios, validating requirements, and ensuring traceability
· Create ad-hoc and standard reports using financial and operational data
· Track, analyze, and report KPIs, project progress, and delivery metrics
· Assist senior technology staff in defining current and future programming and system initiatives
· Perform independent analysis and reviews of business and technical requirements
· Recommend innovations and enhancements to improve system functionality and operational effectiveness
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
· Hands-on experience with UML, process mapping, and data analysis
· Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and financial analysis
· Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
