Apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing layouts, production efficiency, and operational workflows. Support production planning, quality standards, and process optimization through data analysis and engineering documentation.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role
Experience performing time, motion, and method studies to improve efficiency
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Experience supporting production planning and work assignments based on capacity and schedules
Ability to analyze production records and quality documentation for compliance
Proficiency with CAD or engineering-related software tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented team player with ability to prepare charts, graphs, and workflow diagrams
