Hybrid/Local (Lansing ONLY) MI Govt Automation Tester (5 pages resume/3 ref must/15+) with WCAG (must), Python/SQL, REST, Dynamics 365, Locust/JMeter/LoadRunner, Git/Allure/Azure DevOps, PCI/GDPR, JAWS/NVDA, C#/.NET/Java, SAFe/Docker/Kubernetes/Agile/Scrum experience

Interviews: Onsite Candidate s MUST be available for an in-person interview.
Position location: Lansing: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required onsite days).
Local candidates within 70 miles of Lansing (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate within 70 miles of Lansing at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule).
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in software testing, including automation and performance testing.
Strong experience with Playwright (Python) and Pytest.
API automation using REST Assured.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 functional testing.
Performance testing tools: Locust, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
Familiarity with Git, Allure, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Experience with test data management and environment configuration.
Knowledge of security standards (PCI, GDPR) and accessibility guidelines.
Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines
Knowledge of assistive technologies (i.e. JAWS, NVDA)
Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
