Summary

IDR is seeking an AI Business Lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading the training and development of FP&A teams on AI-enabled tools and automation platforms, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency in a dynamic industry.

Position Overview for the AI Business Lead:

Develop and deliver training, workshops, and job aids for Power Automate, Databricks, AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation best practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert and coach for users adopting AI and automation capabilities.
Partner with FP&A, technology, and business teams to identify and prioritize high-value automation and AI use cases.
Assist in designing, building, testing, documenting, and deploying AI-driven solutions and reusable automation components.
Promote responsible AI and automation practices including governance, data privacy, and security.

Requirements for the AI Business Lead:

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience developing or enabling automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power Platform, or similar workflow technologies.
Working knowledge of AI concepts, generative AI use cases, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
Familiarity with Databricks, data lakes, data pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
Proven experience in gathering business requirements, creating solution designs, and supporting implementation across multiple stakeholder groups.
