Role: Appian Developer (only w2)

Key Responsibilities

-              Design, configure, develop, and support Appian applications and workflows.

-              Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

-              Determine appropriate process models, records, rules, integrations, and UI components to meet business needs.

-              Develop and maintain Appian objects, including Process Models, Records, Reports, Rules, SAIL Interfaces, Security Objects, and Web APIs.

-              Develop enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, and external systems.

-              Build and enhance solutions utilizing Appian Data Fabric, workflow automation, and case management capabilities.

-              Leverage Appian AI capabilities including AI Copilot, AI Skills, AI-powered automation, and Appian Composer.

-              Participate in AI-assisted development initiatives to improve development productivity and accelerate feature delivery.

-              Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.

-              Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, product owners, and provider operations teams.
