IDR is seeking a QA Analyst III to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting testing activities for systems used in eligibility determinations and benefit processing within a dynamic technology environment. The organization is a leader in providing government-related services focused on health and social assistance systems.

Position Overview for the QA Analyst III:

Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and test cases aligned with project requirements and release timelines.
Perform manual and automated testing including functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Document, track, and manage defects through resolution, collaborating closely with development and business teams.
Conduct post-deployment testing to validate system stability and release quality.
Implement and leverage AI-powered testing tools to generate test cases, automate regression testing, support self-healing scripts, and identify potential defects.
Perform accessibility testing against ADA, Section 508, WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards using automated tools and manual testing methods.
Validate screen reader compatibility and keyboard navigation, document accessibility issues, and verify remediation.
Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders.
Prepare weekly testing status reports, defect trend analyses, and release readiness assessments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Support the quality and reliability of systems used for benefit processing and eligibility determinations.

Requirements for the QA Analyst III:

3-5 years of software testing experience in complex systems environments.
Experience with manual and automated testing including functional, regression, and UAT.
Demonstrated experience with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility testing.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools.
Familiarity with accessibility tools such as Axe, WAVE, NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
