Summary:
The Company’s Digital team is seeking a talented and motivated professional. This role focuses on front-end design and development for a modern, cloud-based, customer-facing web application. You will collaborate with architects, front-end and back-end teams, Product Owners/Managers, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
You will be part of a fast-paced global team building a best-in-class product for dealers worldwide, aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing total cost of ownership (TCO).

Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable UI solutions following modern best practices
Contribute hands-on to coding, performance improvements, and technical debt reduction (PRs, UX enhancements, reusable components, Storybook, NFRs, etc.)
Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical spikes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements into technical features and user stories

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
5–7 years of experience in UI/front-end development

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain intuitive and high-performance user interfaces
Experience with Grafana visualization integration
Strong experience working in Agile environments (preferably Scrum)

3 years of experience with TypeScript, React, and Redux
5–7 years of overall experience in web/UI development
Experience with Jest, Webpack, REST APIs, HTML5, and CSS3
UI middleware and mocking tools (e.g., Redux-Saga, Mirage JS)

API tools such as Swagger and Postman
AWS Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and BDD tools like Cucumber
Experience building scalable web applications and reusable UI components (dashboards, widgets, custom tables, etc.)

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $67.00 - $68.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
