Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Program Manager to lead and oversee critical contract programs within our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape program governance, optimize processes, and contribute to our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic oversight and governance for contract programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client requirements.
Conduct comprehensive financial mapping, analysis, validation, and reporting to support financial transparency and informed decision-making.
Develop, refine, and streamline workflows, processes, and engagement rules to enhance efficiency and consistency across programs.
Map organizational structures and define clear swimlanes and engagement approaches to ensure seamless collaboration among teams.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business management, offering insights and guidance to support organizational growth and strategic initiatives.
Create and maintain a comprehensive consulting training playbook to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development across teams.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in program management, especially within a contract or services delivery environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent process development and documentation capabilities.
Demonstrated expertise in organizational structuring and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to serve as a business SME and contribute to growth strategies.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Publishing Pay Range: $100.00 - $110.00 USD Hourly
